By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

  2. Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services Provided

Vizzmo allows you to generate AI-powered visuals. By inputting descriptions, ideas, or branding information, we provide graphics suitable for social media, websites, listings, and more.


5. User Content

  1. Ownership: You retain all rights to any content you submit, including descriptions, ideas, and branding materials.
  2. Use of Content: We use your submitted content solely to generate and deliver visuals to you.
  3. Generated Visuals: The visuals we create for you are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes.
  4. Data Retention: We may retain copies of your inputs and outputs to improve our AI models unless you request otherwise. To opt out, please email us.

6. Payments & Refunds

  1. Credit Packs: You can purchase credit packs to generate visuals. Payments are processed through our provider (Paddle).
  2. Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using Vizzmo, you agree not to:



  • Submit illegal, offensive, or abusive content.
  • Use the Service to generate harmful or misleading materials.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse our technology.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. As-Is: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  2. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:



  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Belgrade, Serbia, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
