Terms of Service

The service

Vizzmo is run by Petar Slović, an individual based in Serbia("we", "us"). Vizzmo makes short vertical videos from photos of your finished jobs. By requesting a video, uploading photos or buying from us, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Vizzmo for a business, you agree on its behalf.

Free video

Your first video is free, one per business, with no card and no obligation. We aim to deliver within 48 hours. We may decline a request, for example if the photos are not of your own work or are not usable.

Paid videos

• One project video ($49): one finished video with your logo, a caption ready to post and one revision.
• Founding Plan ($99 a month): up to 4 project videos a month, each with one revision. Videos you do not use in a month do not carry over. The founding price stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed.

Payments are processed by Gumroad, and their terms apply to the checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees, and the clock starts when we have your photos.

Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel the plan any time from your Gumroad receipt or by emailing hello@vizzmo.com. It stops at the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If your first plan video still isn't right after one revision, you get a full refund within 7 days. This covers your first month. After that, cancelling stops future charges, and months already paid are not refunded.
• One project video: if your video still isn't right after one revision, you get a full refund within 7 days.
• If we cannot deliver a video you paid for, you get a full refund.

Your photos

You keep ownership of everything you send us. By sending photos, a logo or other material, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it shows real work. You give us permission to store, edit and process it, including with the AI services listed in our Privacy Policy, to make your videos.

Your video

Once delivered, the video is yours to keep and post anywhere, on any account, for as long as you like, including the free one. We check every video and never add work that is not in your photos. Social platforms may change, mute or restrict music in a video. If that happens, tell us and we send a version with different music.

Showing your video as an example

We may show your finished video, and the photos it was made from, on vizzmo.com and our social accounts as an example of our work. We never use it in a way that suggests you endorse us without asking you first. If you would rather we did not, email us and we take it down within 7 days.

Fair use

Do not send photos you do not have the right to use, photos of other people's work presented as yours, or anything illegal or misleading. Do not try to break, overload or copy the site. We may refuse or stop work for anyone who does.

Limits

We work hard to get every video right, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost jobs or profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects a plan you pay for, we email you before it takes effect, and you can cancel.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without taking away protections your own country's consumer law gives you. Questions about these terms go to hello@vizzmo.com.
