Privacy Policy
We collect what we need to make and send your video, and nothing we sell. Here is all of it, in plain words.
Who we are
Vizzmo ("we", "us") runs vizzmo.com and turns photos of finished jobs into short videos for contractors. Vizzmo is run by Petar Slović, an individual based in Serbia, who is responsible for your data. Questions about your data go to hello@vizzmo.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your business name, your trade, your email, your Instagram handle if you give it, and any job notes.
- What you upload: your job photos and logo.
- Purchases: Gumroad handles checkout. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the order status. We never see your card number.
- How you use the site: page views through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. On video and photo-link pages we also record views, plays, downloads and button clicks under a random visit id kept in your browser for that tab, so we know whether a video reached you.
- Public business details: we may find a business on Instagram or its website and contact it about a free video, using the details it published there.
Our free tools, such as the post maker and hashtag generator, run in your browser. A logo or brand colors you set there stay in your browser unless you ask us to make a video from them.
What we use it for
- To make your video, send it to you, and handle revisions.
- To deliver what you paid for and keep records of payments.
- To follow up about your video or our plans. Every email can be answered, and if you ask us to stop, we stop.
- To see which pages and videos work, so we can improve them.
- To show finished videos as examples, as described in our Terms. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Who helps us
These services process data for us, only to run Vizzmo:
- Vercel: hosting, file storage and analytics.
- Turso: our database.
- AI providers (OpenAI and Google through the Vercel AI Gateway, and Replicate): they read your photos to plan the video and create the motion clips.
- Cloudflare: sending our emails.
- DeBounce: checking an email address is real before we send to it.
- Gumroad: payments.
Some of them are in the United States, so your data may be processed there.
How long we keep it
We keep your details, photos and videos while we work with you, so you can ask for a revision or a new cut later. Ask us and we delete them. Payment records may be kept longer where tax law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us. Email hello@vizzmo.com and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Vizzmo is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change matters for how we use your photos, we tell customers by email first.
