How do I submit a visual request?
After signing in and buying credits, you’ll see a form to describe what you want. Add any details—text, style, branding—and we’ll generate your visual.

How fast is delivery?
Usually within a few hours. If there’s a queue or complex request, it may take a bit longer.

Can I ask for revisions?
Not yet. We're working on that. For now, you can always submit a new request using your credits.

Can I use the visuals commercially?
Yes. They're yours. Use them on ads, landing pages, socials—wherever.

How do I request a refund?
If it’s within 7 days and you’re not happy, email us at refunds@vizzmo.com. No questions asked.
